Home Program

Home Programs are a fantastic bridge between private lessons and self practice. This option is great if you’re looking for a way to work together that doesn’t require a weekly commitment.

Each Home Program package includes 1:1 sessions, a list of exercises, and a unique workbook that breaks down each movement.

During your 1:1 sessions I’ll learn your movement patterns and goals while giving you the tools to move through a Pilates practice on your own. You’ll then receive a workbook that includes a list of exercises selected for you and a breakdown of each exercise in case you need a reminder. Plus, if you ever feel stagnant in your home program, we can book a Refresher Package.
